16 Hour Draped Long Pose Over 4 Sessions

This class will run every Thursday in October (8,15,22,29) from 10am-2pm

Develop your ability to accurately capture the human form in this immersive 16-hour workshop, which features a single, long pose with a live, draped model.  

This class is perfect as a follow-up to September's Analysis of Form, Drapery session, but it is also entirely self-contained and open to all students. Together, we will cover thumbnailing and composition, proportion and structure, rendering realistic form, and convincingly connecting fabric to the underlying figure so that both feel dimensional.

You are welcome to bring any drawing or painting medium to approach the subject, and I will offer individualized feedback and support during the process, with light demoing/lecture at the start of each session. This is a group class and will not have more than 8 students. Easels, seating and a small table for your supplies are provided.
